Tyler Glaittli serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Meat & Metal Guild, where he helps guide the organization’s mission, governance, and long-term vision. He is driven by a belief that strong communities are built when people are invited to gather around shared passions—and when culture is treated as something to be actively cultivated rather than passively consumed.

For Tyler, the Guild’s core elements—meat, metal, and a touch of mayhem—represent more than aesthetics. They reflect a deeper commitment to craftsmanship, creativity, and the kind of connection that emerges when people engage fully with what they love. His leadership emphasizes inclusivity, accessibility, and the creation of spaces where diverse audiences feel welcome and invested.

Outside the Guild, Tyler is an avid Dungeons & Dragons player, bass guitarist, and engaged participant in Utah’s civic life. Across all of these pursuits, he is committed to building environments where people can show up authentically, form meaningful relationships, and celebrate culture together.
