The Meat & Metal Guild is a 501(c)(3) organizaiton governed by a board of directors.
The Guild operates to support cultural, culinary, and music-based programming and education opportunities across Utah. Funds are used to support mission-aligned programs and operational needs, with oversight provided by the board. Formal policies and internal controls are in place to ensure responsible stewardship, transparency, and fiscal accountability.
